On Tuesday, April 28, I had the pleasure of sharing about Centre County Housing and Land Trust with the Bellefonte Kiwanis at the Bellefonte Moose Lodge. First, a delicious lunch was served to all of the attendees. After lunch, we discussed the need for affordable homes for low- to moderate-income people, how CCHLT serves homebuyers & owners, how homeowners & our community benefit, and CCHLT’s future plans.
After sharing with the group, we talked about opportunities to raise funds in the community and ways to get involved with CCHLT.
Thank you to the Bellefonte Kiwanis for listening and caring about affordable housing, and thank you to Pat Cronin for the invitation to speak.
If your organization, business, faith group, etc. is interested in learning more about permanently affordable homeownership opportunities and CCHLT or you know of a group that may be interested, please contact me, Rachel Fawcett, at firstname.lastname@example.org or (814) 571-1179 to schedule a speaking engagement.
