Board Spotlight – Brodie Dalton

Brodie Dalton joined the Centre County Housing and Land Trust Board of Directors in July 2014. During the workday, he is a financial advisor in State College. As an active young professional, he enjoys spending time outdoors, attending sporting events, and BrodieDaltonBoardvolunteering with local organizations.

“I feel that there is a real need for affordable housing and have personally experienced the difficulties of trying to buy a home as a young professional,” said Dalton.

Brodie brings an understanding that the young to middle-aged population is essential to the growth and sustainability of Centre County. In order to maintain that population, affordable housing options need to be available to the workforce.
