Centre Gives is a unique online donation event which features over 100 local non-profits, with the added incentive of $200,000 in stretch funds from Centre Foundation and $25,000 in prizes. Over $3,000,000 has been invested in our community through Centre Gives!

Centre County Housing and Land Trust (CCHLT) strengthens communities through the development and stewardship of permanently affordable homes for people of low- to moderate-income in Centre County, PA. Through our mission, we aim to lead the way to create equitable, sustainable communities through long-term affordable housing. Guided by the principles of responsible development and stewardship, CCHLT seeks to develop and sustain affordable housing by pursuing these values: permanent affordability, housing security & mobility, neighborhood quality, environmental sustainability, community control, and integrity & accountability.
Our Role in the Community
Since 2007, Centre County Housing & Land Trust (CCHLT) has operated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit featuring the collaborative effort of five local organizations to focus on: promoting and preserving of affordable housing; providing education; creating partnerships; and assisting municipalities on affordable housing policies. This year, CCHLT has been accepted as a Centre County United Way partner agency, and we look forward to collaborating with more community partners!

Your gift to CCHLT will promote and preserve permanently affordable housing opportunities for low- to moderate-income people in Centre County. Centre Gives is our primary fundraising event to support our neighbors finding homes. We do not receive federal or state funding but is funded by the generosity of people, businesses, foundations, people like you that want to provide hope for a better life.
