Home Build Update

Board member, George Khoury, Meets with Valley Homes

Valley Homes owners & staff meeting with CCHLT Project Development Committee Chair, George Khoury

Last month, we shared that we are building two new, modular homes.  These homes will feature three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. In addition to 1200+ sq.ft. of finished space, each home will have ample storage space with a full basement.

For this Home Build Update, CCHLT is excited to announce that through a competitive bid process Valley Homes was selected as the builder for this project.  Following their selection, CCHLT Project Development Committee Chair, George Khoury, and Executive Director, Rachel Fawcett, met with Valley Homes owners and staff.  During this meeting, George and Rachel selected the various exterior and interior finishes for both homes and made some final revisions to the proposed floor plans for each new home.

Check back to learn what the homes will look like and when the groundbreaking ceremony will occur.  Thank you for your support! Stay tuned for additional supporters next month.
