Thank you to the State College Rotary for including CCHLT in their 41st Annual Sandwich Sale! The Rotary Sandwich Sale directly benefits organizations like CCHLT, Centre LifeLink EMS, Strawberry Fields, and other local charities.  Earlier this year, Rachel, our ED, was given the opportunity to present to the State College Rotary’s weekly dinner meeting at the Nittany Lion Inn.  You can read more about that presentation.  The State College Rotary’s theme for 2015-16 is to “be a gift to the world”. They live out this goal by serving in our community and financially supporting the organizations that make Centre County a great place to live.

If you’re not a fan of sandwiches, you can always support CCHLT online or by mail. To make a gift to CCHLT, click the “Donate” button below or click here.

Or you can mail your gift in to:

Centre County Housing and Land Trust

Want to give something besides money? We have a wish list with items we currently need. Also, we are always looking for volunteers and community supporters to work with us and spread awareness. Contact Rachel to get involved.
