What we do

Centre County Housing and Land Trust (CCHLT) works to bridge the gap between Centre County’s high housing costs (owner occupied and rental) and the modest incomes of those who work in the region and want to live here, but are unable to do so, affordably. We recognize the ongoing need for permanently affordable housing for the people who are vital to our community’s success.
